Webthe new bitdefender uses way too much RAM It's basically what the title says BitDefender uses too much RAM for an antivirus. It was literally using 15-25% of my 16GB of RAM and that was making my RAM usage go up to 40-50% used RAM on idle. Now after I completely uninstalled It my RAM Usage suddenly went down to only using 25-30% idle. WebBitdefender using 260-300 MB of ram while idle I've had Bitdefender for a while but haven't been using it as it uses a lot of ram, currently it uses around 300 MB of ram.
