I read through a previous thread which compared the two and it seems it is an N/A carb but the dashpot resembles that of a turbo carb? Any help is greatly appreciated. Once it is set correctly, the rest of the fuelling is determined by the needle profile. Also I've found that the BDK needle works best on my engine (alloy head, 10:1 CR, 266 cam, 1.5:1 rockers, LCB header, K&N filter. No clearance issues.
