WebI switched the Orbi into AP mode because it was acting as the only WiFi signal (the modem signal was switched off). You can do this by logging into orbilogin.com, go to advanced tab, then advanced setup, then Router/AP Mode, then Switch to AP mode. I left all other settings to default.
