Every new neighborhood created in the game gets the same set of Pleasantview townies. The empty template stops this from happening by erasing these Sims from the game files. WebbBack in May I was working on a new version of a clean Downtown, which I was putting in my new uberhood. Well, my new uberhood flopped before I really even started it (and I began working on a standalone Pleasantview instead), and I sort of forgot about the Downtown. Until now. So, now I am sharing it.
